Is there a way to spot immediately a tag with no document associated? It would be great to show under the popularity bar something like Documents and a number showing the number of documents or, even better, a line for each document (Bookmarks, images...)

That is actually a very good idea, we'll add this to our todo list (and I think I'll code this tomorrow ;)). Be sure to update your tag database before having a look (as soon as a new version is released), to make sure the data is up to date!

More stats were added - finding tags without file is not yet implemented, but rebuilding the tag database (Tools -> Rebuild Tag Database) does a similar job of cleaning your tags :)
