Lots of changes! Also in the API, so have a look at the docs, and of course the svn history!

• New tag database, it is now stored using SQLite, allowing concurrent access (inluding writes!)
• NNTagDirectoryWriter creates a directory structure corresponding to the tags
• Should also support garbage collection
• Default settings are stored in the 'Settings.plist
• Add additonal filters to NNQuery
